Is torture ever acceptable? Well it shouldn't be legal, and should be charged as a war crime when applicable

Should the alcoholic drinking age be increased or decreased? In many countries there is no drinking age and they're fine and have a decreased rate of alcoholism, but ultimately, for America's culture, no change
Should cigarette smoking be banned? No, but discouraged as it is currently
