Just do what your parents say, you don't want to cause conflict, even if you are not sure you agree with thier plans.
Pretend you agree with them, then go behind their back and try to sabotage them
Scream, yell and argue with them until they leave you alone. You will do what you want, when you want to!
Run away from home. You aren't ready for the responsibilties of adulthood and don't want your parents telling you what to do
Talk it out with them. There must be more to life than what they want you to do, and you intend to find out what that is, preferably with thier help.

Get a gang of your friends together for support and approach the culprit all at once
weep and explain to the culprit the value of the object to you and beg for it back

I'm not looking for a romantic partner, I need sufficient time to pay attention to my own needs!
Preferably someone who isn't clingy or bothersome. It is hard for me to meet people because I tend to hate their personalities
Spirited and fun-loving with a taste for adventure
rugged and outdoorsy, not high-maintenance
